Remove the cap from the pen. Gently twist the end of the cuticle oil pen a few times until the oil begins to saturate the brush tip. Once the brush is soaked, apply the oil directly onto your cuticles and gently massage it in. Twist again as needed to release more oil.

Pro Tip:
Do not apply cuticle oil before or after applying gel nail stickers, as oil can cause the gel nail stickers to lose their stickiness.
