Return and Refund Policy

At PINX, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@pinxnails.com so that we can resolve the issue and make it right. While we do not offer refunds, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution in cases of damages or errors.

Exchanges We do not offer exchanges. Please be sure of your selection before placing your order, as all sales are final.

European Union Customers In accordance with EU regulations, customers shipping to the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. This only applies to orders shipping to the EU.
